Whats the best Japanese cookbook?
I've been looking at "Japanese Cooking: A Simple Art" but I'm not sure on which to get I love Japanese food so if someone could give me their opinion that would be great!
Like you, I love Jap food. I recommend The Essentials of Japanese Cooking by Tokiko Suzuki.
It has lots of photos and easy to follow instructions.
However, you can read reviews of "Japanese Cooking: A Simple Art" from Amazon.
