Heritage sites yes of course.
But free trade is a good thing I hate starbucks and all those other crap coffee house chains. The coffee is nothing special. Take a trip to France or Italy and go to a cafe there you will be stunned at the difference. However this does not mean I should stop people choosing to go there or to allow people to pursue such business through franchises etc.
So its simple really just dont go there if you don’t like it. As long as they keep them were they belong in the souless shopping centres and not stuck in the side of Buckingham palace or the Louvre then I think it is fine.
